ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. If there is a fault with the goods received let us know straight away by contacting email@example.com
PRICING & PAYMENTS
Prices displayed on the Studio Sassery site are stated in EUR €. We accept the following forms of payment: MASTER CARD | VISA | PAYPAL I BANKTRANSFER (IDEAL)
Orders are processed as soon as you confirm payment, Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. If you have ordered an item that is not available, we will notify you via e-mail.
For all RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES, please take care to follow the below requirements:
1. Unsatisfactory merchandise in sellable condition may be exchanged or returned within 2 weeks of receiving the product. Once you have returned the product, Studio Sassery will notify you of the return and provide you with a full refund if the product is still in sellable condition. We will not reimburse return shipping.
2.We do not take responsibility for products that are mistreated by the customer or are damaged by the in the mail. Please make sure you return the product in the original packaging. It is your own responsibility to send the product back properly. If the product is damaged in the mail, Studio Sassery will not refund the purchase.
3. FAULTY PRODUCT - If you have been sent a faulty product you need to notify us via firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the sunglass.
4. After 14 days after receiving the product, all sales are final.
