Returns and Exchange
We really hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but if there is a reason that you're not, it's possible to return your purchase to us within 14 days. We can only guarantee a full refund when we received the items in perfect condition (undamaged, not worn/used, includes original packaging).
Please follow the following instructions:
HOW TO RETURN A ORDER:
1. Please e-mail us for your return request to email@example.com
2. Use the original packing box or another firm box that fits through the mailbox
so the items won't get damaged.
3. Send it to:

Refunds will be made using the original payment method and will be shown back on your account within 14 days of receipt. You will get noticed by email when we have received your return package in good order.
Studio Sassery reserves the right to refuse returned items that are worn, damaged or used.
Please return your order and place a new order on www.studiosassery.com.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM:
If the item you ordered is damaged or you received the wrong order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make sure you receive the right order asap and send you a free return label to return the wrong order.
If there is anything wrong with your order please e-mail us at email@example.com with an explanation of the problem. If the item has to be send back, we will provide your a return label. Outside the 7 days for return, we give a 2 month guarantee on the quality of the product.
Please note that the warranty is void if a defect has arisen as a result of or as a result of carelessness due to you or someone else trying to modify the product or having used the product for which it was not designed.
